Refund Policy

 

We will gladly offer you a replacement or refund on any eligible home decor merchandise within 14 days of purchase or delivery date.

In order to receive a refund you will need the email address the order was placed with, the order number. Once return is approved by our team, we will issue a return shipping label. Returns must be placed back in the mail within 7 business days. If you'd like to Exchange your item, we do request you return the current item and place a new order, as our system and inventory cannot process exchanges. Returning the item(s) is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them, or if returns are not received or within the listed time frame, the items will not be eligible for a refund and you will be notified via email once the attempt is processed.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund.

 

Shipping policy

Our current turn around time to package and ship your orders is 1-3 business days for processing, and up to 4-6 business days for processing during sales, re-stocks and new product launches. All orders are shipped from our office located in Peoria, Arizona. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your package ships. While we do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time Kitch & Co. cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather, service delays, COVID-19 etc.
